Meet Dr. Brad Bellard
Brad Bellard (aka Dr. Brad) is a sports medicine physician, keynote speaker, entrepreneur, and best-selling author. His work and life are motivated by the mantra ‘Service over Self’…which is defined by focusing on the service of others more than selfish gain.
As a physician, he works at The Sports Center Clinic in Denver, CO where he helps injured athletes and active individuals return to physical activity by practicing regenerative medicine and cutting-edge non-surgical procedures. He has served as team physician for many professional teams, including his prior work as assistant physician for the NBA Dallas Mavericks, and his current role as an assistant team physician for the NFL Denver Broncos.
Dr. Brad also serves as medical director of the William J. Hybl Sports Medicine & Performance Center in Colorado Springs, CO. He leads a team of medical professionals (doctors, physical therapists, trainers) in collaboration with the University of Colorado-Colorado Springs (UCCS) to provide an extraordinary sports medicine, recovery, and training experience for injured athletes and active population.
As an entrepreneur, Dr. Brad serves as president of Cardio-Bridge, LLC, which is a company designed to bridge medical innovation and unique medical solutions to underserved communities and those that lack access to care. Cardio-bridge’s mission is to make healthcare more accessible, equitable, and help common diseases become preventable.
Beyond the clinic, Dr. Brad’s history of personal transformation from an unfulfilled physician to service-driven leader, has also forged a passion for the spiritual growth & development of other leaders. He is an Amazon best-selling author of the book ELITE: A Modern Success Guide to Purpose & Peak Performance, and has hosted the podcast ‘ELITE PerforMENce with Dr. Brad’, which focused on the health, wealth, and relational development of high-achieving men.
As a national speaker, Dr. Brad serves on stages delivering messages that focus on how ‘Service Over Self’ can apply to the personal, professional, and spiritual transformation within topics including burnout, success & fulfillment, and resilience in both work and life.
Dr. Brad is married to his high school sweetheart, Cristina, and has 3 children.

Physician
Dr. Brad Bellard is a board-certified Sports Medicine physician at CommonSpirit’s The Sports Center, where he is dedicated to helping injured athletes and active individuals return to the activities they love. By using regenerative medicine and minimally invasive procedures, Dr. Bellard provides advanced treatment options that accelerate recovery and reduce the need for surgery.
He has extensive experience caring for elite athletes, serving as a physician for multiple professional teams. His past role includes assistant team physician for the Dallas Mavericks, and he currently serves as an assistant team physician for the Denver Broncos.
Dr. Bellard earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, attended UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas for medical school, completed an Emergency Medicine residency at Emory University School of Medicine, and pursued a Primary Care Sports Medicine Fellowship at Geisinger Health System.
Outside of his clinical work, Dr. Bellard enjoys public speaking, leadership development, weightlifting, basketball, and spending time with his wife and three children.
